Terms of Service
1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
2. License to use courses
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal or team use as specified. Do not share, resell, or publicly distribute content.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers. You agree to their terms and authorize charges for selected courses and applicable taxes.
4. Refunds
Self-paced: full refund within 14 days if less than 20% completed. Cohorts/workshops: refund up to 10 days before start minus processing fees. We may deny refunds in cases of abuse or policy violations.
5. Acceptable use
- No unauthorized access, scraping, or interference.
- No uploading malware or infringing content.
- Respect instructors and peers in cohorts and community spaces.
6. Intellectual property
All content is owned by Nestile Tileworks or its licensors. Trademarks, logos, and materials may not be used without written permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Courses are educational and provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific project outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, discontinue use and contact support.
